3D Visualization Team Lead

Antonovych Design is looking for an experienced and inspired 3D Visualization Team Lead with a strong sense of style, close attention to detail, advanced technical expertise, and a deep understanding of architecture and design.

The 3D Visualization Team Lead position suits a practicing specialist who combines personal project work with improving visualization quality across the team. The role establishes a consistent visual approach to projects, helping team work become more cohesive, expressive, and reliably strong in quality. The role requires visualizations to convey project aesthetics accurately and support the premium positioning of an internationally recognised brand.

Key responsibilities:

• Organising and supervising the 3D visualisation team
• Assigning tasks to visualisers and distributing projects
• Monitoring project delivery deadlines
• Checking render quality before delivery to the client
• Developing and maintaining a consistent studio visual style
• Mentoring and training junior and middle visualisers
• Reviewing scenes, materials, lighting, and composition
• Taking responsibility for final visualisation quality and timely project delivery
• Participating in approval of the project visual concept with the client or internal team
• Resolving technical and organisational issues within projects
• Setting up materials, textures, and lighting
• Post-processing renders in Photoshop
• Optimising scenes to accelerate rendering
• Monitoring compliance with studio technical standards
• Participating in the development of model and material libraries
• Checking visualisations against the design project
• Resolving technical problems in scenes and renders
• Participating in the hiring, onboarding, and evaluation of new visualisers
• Preparing materials for client presentations
• Improving internal visualisation department processes
• Independently managing personal projects from receipt of the brief through final client delivery
• Working in 3ds Max / Corona Renderer / V-Ray / Photoshop

What Antonovych Design expects:

• 3 to 5 years of 3D visualisation experience;
• Excellent skills in 3ds Max / Corona Renderer / V-Ray / Photoshop
• A strong understanding of lighting, composition, and materials;
• Developed visual awareness and refined taste;
• The ability to anticipate the result and understand precisely how to achieve it;
• Experience coordinating and supporting a team.
