Architect, Technical Site Supervisor
Antonovych Design is seeking an experienced, hands-on specialist with strong expertise in construction and the delivery of premium interior projects. Experience with design-led properties, a detailed understanding of construction, engineering and finishing works, and the ability to control quality at every project stage are essential. The specialist will ensure that completed works comply with project documentation, the design concept, budgets, technical requirements and building regulations while maintaining a high standard of aesthetics and execution.

Key responsibilities:
, visits to construction and renovation sites;
, technical supervision of works at every stage;
, quality control of construction, finishing and renovation works;
, checking completed works against project documentation and drawings;
, monitoring the delivery of design projects on site;
, reviewing construction budgets, quantities and work schedules;
, identifying errors, omissions and missing or unaccounted-for works in budgets;
, supervising contractors, site foremen and construction teams;
, participating in the acceptance of completed work stages;
, monitoring compliance with construction methods and schedules;
, coordinating with designers, architects and contractors;
, taking photographs and videos and preparing site reports;
, resolving technical issues on site.
What we expect from you:
, relevant education in construction or architecture
, practical experience in construction, renovation or technical supervision is essential;
, ability to read drawings, designs and technical documentation;
, understanding of construction and finishing processes and methods;
, experience as a site foreman, technical supervision engineer, construction engineer or architect is an advantage;
, ability to analyse budgets and construction quantities;
, proficiency in Revit, including the ability to read drawings;
, attention to detail and systematic thinking;
, independence and responsibility;
, readiness for regular site visits.
