Client Relations Manager
Antonovych Home invites a creative and talented Client Relations Manager to join the team at its premium Italian furniture showroom. The role offers professional development in sales, interior design and project management.

Key responsibilities:
• Develop the premium furniture and interior design segment by expanding the partner base, introducing new products and strengthening the company image.
• Support premium clients by selecting exclusive solutions, providing an individual approach and delivering turnkey projects.
• Advise clients in the showroom, by telephone, through messengers, by email and through other enquiry channels. Provide detailed information about products and product specifications.
• Present products in the showroom and communicate the benefits of premium furniture clearly and accurately.
• Select suitable furniture, materials, lighting and decor based on client preferences, design solutions, technical requirements and budget.
• Support clients through the purchase decision and every transaction stage, from the first enquiry through after-sales service.
• Complete interior projects in collaboration with company designers and external specialists. Select suitable furniture, fittings, equipment, interior items and materials based on client preferences, budget and design solutions.
• Search for and propose alternative solutions when required, based on the design solution, budget and the client’s personal interests.
• Travel regularly to Italy and other European countries to work directly with leading suppliers, visit premium factories and showrooms, and monitor global trends and innovations.
• Take an active part in international exhibitions, presentations and industry events to monitor trends, expand professional contacts and promote the brand.
• Negotiate with European manufacturers and suppliers, build long-term partnerships and maintain a high standard of business communication.
• Monitor order deadlines and coordinate with the project manager and suppliers.
• Maintain the client database and CRM system, and build long-term client relationships.
• Meet sales targets and prepare reports.
What we expect:
• At least two years of sales experience, preferably in the premium furniture and interior solutions segment.
• Experience in interior solutions, furniture or design is an advantage.
• Experience in negotiations, deal closing, presentations and client consultations.
• Knowledge of furniture, materials, fittings and interior design products.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with demanding premium-segment clients.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• A developed visual awareness, refined taste and the ability to speak the language of aesthetics.
• Excellent communication skills, confidence and ambition, with a willingness to grow with the company.
• Strong time-management skills, organisation, responsibility and a results-focused approach.
• Italian and English language skills are an advantage.
