Project Manager
Antonovych Design is looking for a talented Project Manager to join a design studio working on interior projects where taste, accurate execution and high-quality client communication matter.

Key responsibilities:
• Attracting new projects and partners;
• Supporting clients and managing client communication;
• Organising team operations and controlling project delivery.
What Antonovych Design expects:
• At least two years of experience in sales and negotiations, including client management and transaction support at decision-making level.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships at every stage, from first contact to project completion.
• A developed sense of taste and strong visual awareness in interior design, including knowledge of styles, concepts, composition, materials and spatial logic.
• Experience managing projects through design supervision, including checking implementation against the approved design concept and coordinating construction teams and contractors.
• Understanding of construction processes and technologies, including renovation stages, rough and finish work, engineering systems and the sequence of work on site.
• Knowledge of materials, finishing solutions and their use in interior projects, including premium interiors.
• The ability to manage several processes at the same time, including clients, teams, contractors, schedules, quality and the final result.
