GRIFFE glassware creates a luxurious setting at home. The collection adds decorative character to an interior and makes a precious gift for loved ones.

The glass is made in Italy, in the Venice area. Bright colours bring a current home decor trend to the table and create a festive, elegant setting.

Silver-coated glass is designed for table settings with silver objects. The glass is widely used to serve fruit, vegetables, sweets, biscuits, nuts and other foods.

The glassware is suitable for serving dishes at temperatures up to +30°C.

The GRIFFE glassware collection uses a defined production process.

The manufacturer starts with finished plain or shaped glass, including drops and stripes. The manufacturer then applies enamel paint, with the formula and colour developed by company technologists and kept strictly confidential.

The manufacturer places the painted glass in a metal drum containing 999 silver ingots. The sealed drum creates a complete vacuum, allowing silver ions to coat the surface of the glass products. After the time specified by the production technology, the manufacturer removes the glass and applies a finishing lacquer. The lacquer gives the glass a smooth, pleasant-to-touch surface and a glossy finish.

The finished glass products feature vacuum-applied silver, not silver paint.
