Barnini Oseo also revisits the work of Italian architect Bartolomeo Rastrelli in a contemporary spirit. Elizabeth I selected Rastrelli in 1730 to design the Winter Palace in Saint Petersburg and the Catherine Palace at Tsarskoye Selo.
