Mario Tagliabue's son continued the family tradition. Augusto Tagliabue took over the company in 1965, restored the collection and made the collection the company's central direction under the name Liberty.
Augusto Tagliabue selected historic examples, fully renovated the examples and produced copies. Augusto Tagliabue also restored traditional production methods and assembled craftspeople who understood how the furniture was made.
