Versace Living Room 3

Versace

Versace Home presents a new collection of furniture and home accessories created through a collaboration between Donatella Versace and renowned architect-designer duo Roberto Palomba and Ludovica Serafini. The project goes beyond transferring the fashion brand's visual codes into furniture. Roberto Palomba and Ludovica Serafini developed the project with Luxury Living Group, bringing together fashion, luxury and everyday living to offer a global introduction to the Versace world.

The collection expresses know-how, creativity and pure design while reflecting Versace's distinctive individuality. References to nonconformism, classical art, mythology, eclectic decoration and geometric lines combine with an unmistakably Italian sensibility. Versace continues to use signature symbols to define a bold lifestyle.

Versace furniture brings sculptural design into the home. The home collection reveals its full sculptural power in the new Versace store on Via Durini in Milan, designed as a complete residence. The Milan store presents the Versace world room by room through a sequence of settings. Each setting demonstrates the brand's ability to combine different artistic expressions and turn those expressions into a lived environment.

The new Versace Home collection draws on the history of the brand, its fashion shows, its icons and the graphic elements that define its philosophy. The collection also reflects the extensive experience of two architects in creating durable interior objects.

Leather meets silk, luxurious metals meet marble, and block colours meet printed surfaces in a study of contrasts. Versace Home design follows a polyphonic vision. Each piece has a distinct story and character while forming part of a complete, evocative interior designed for a new living experience.

The new La Greca pattern moves from the runway into home furnishings as a jacquard design applied to furniture. La Greca also forms the backdrop for several rooms in the Milan store. La Greca offers a contemporary interpretation of Versace's iconic Greek key.

Signature Versace motifs, including Medusa, Barocco and Trésor de la Mer, give three-dimensional detail to sofas and armchairs, coffee tables, beds, lampshades, mirrors and cabinets. Tone-on-tone engraving, screen printing, textile treatments and pleating give surfaces an elegant vibration alongside glossy finishes. Pieces such as the magnificent Aeternitas love bed, products from the Goddess line and designs from the Stiletto collection define a rebellious, refined and avant-garde living environment. Every piece demonstrates professional craftsmanship.
