The Greta design creates a complete family of seating for coordinated residential interiors, including matching chairs, stools and armchairs. Models differ in height and base material. Greta is an upholstered armchair with armrests and metal legs, offering a lighter and more comfortable alternative to Greta Wood with legs made from precious, expressive wood. A version with armrests is also available as a stool for a kitchen snack bar. The family includes models designed for living rooms and exterior spaces. Greta Lounge is an armchair for a study or living room with a low, wide and comfortable seat. Greta Outdoor interprets contemporary outdoor furniture as an extension of the living space. The unique construction combines a seat with an enveloping cushion that connects the backrest to the armrests. The hollow structure gives the wide cushion a high level of comfort. Four rows of stitching decorate the cushion and create a soft, refined capitonné effect. The suspended backrest of this designer chair also provides softness and comfort. The shaped, curved cylinder supporting the back continues into padded armrests. The space between the seat and base creates an engaging contrast between soft and rigid materials, solid and open volumes, and comfortable or sharply defined forms. Three slender legs consist of oval-section metal tubes with a textured paint finish in several elegant tones. The leg colours coordinate with a broad selection of fabric and leather samples. The combination of noble wood in the most material-focused version with upholstery in carefully selected shades and textures creates a refined visual effect. The central rear leg of this modern dining chair consists of two adjacent elements that form a single support point. The vertical central detail expresses the concept of solid and open spaces that defines the backrest and seat. The resulting design creates a consistent sense of lightness and balance.

Technical Information

The chair with armrests features a frame in Canaletto walnut (NC) or ash with a burnt oak finish (frRB). The seat and backrest are upholstered in fabric, micro nubuck, eco-leather or leather according to the samples. The upholstery is non-removable.
