The contemporary Hystrix table, designed by Giorgio Cattelan, combines strength and refinement in a modern dining interior. Extended metal forms intersect to create an intense composition that contrasts sharply with the horizontal glass top, allowing the base to be appreciated as a whole. The glass designer table forms a distinctive sculptural piece. The table gains singular character from legs that cross through unusual rod patterns resembling porcupine quills.
Hystrix Table Technical Information
The Hystrix table features a steel base coated with transparent paint (OP0) and supports painted in graphite (GFM69). The top rests on the base and comes in transparent glass, extra-clear glass, or extra-clear glass with bevelled edges. The glass top has a thickness of 15 mm.
