The Lancer collection of contemporary designer tables combines a sculptural, commanding style with a distinctive architectural base. Four blades intersect in an energetic composition without a repeatable pattern. Each leg has a T-shaped section that allows more intersections and overlaps. The base creates a rhythmic chiaroscuro effect, contrasting solid areas with light-reflecting metal parts. The bold design appears in several models. The standard version uses transparent glass to reveal the sculptural base. Lancer Keramik has a ceramic tabletop, while Lancer Wood has a thin wooden tabletop with elegantly finished edges.
Cattelan Italia Lancer Table Technical Information
The Cattelan Italia Lancer table has a base made from embossed painted steel in titanio (GFM11), bronzo (GFM18), graphite (GFM69), pearl (GFM70) or nero (GFM73), plus Brushed Bronze or Brushed Grey finishes. The tabletop uses extra-clear transparent glass or extra-clear 15 mm glass with inward-bevelled edges and rests on the base. Colour and brushing variations in Brushed finishes are characteristic of handcrafted production and are not defects.
