A wraparound backrest, a frame in precious wood or metal, and carefully selected upholstery create numerous models and style combinations. The collection includes elegant dining chairs, chairs with arms that serve as contemporary armchairs, and designer stools for the kitchen. Each version features a precious wood base, metal legs with a textured finish, or a backrest enhanced by high-quality Couture or Barré detailing. Couture features refined diamond quilting, while Barré uses vertical striped stitching that visually slims the silhouette. The Magda family allows chairs and stools to be combined across different interiors, making the collection suitable for contemporary living rooms, residential projects and commercial interior design.

Technical Information

Cattelan Italia Magda chairs are available with or without arms and feature a natural ash frame (frN), ash stained Canaletto walnut (frNC), ash finished to resemble burned oak (frRB), or open-pore ash in matt black (fr73). The seat and backrest are upholstered in synthetic or genuine leather in colours selected from the samples. The rear of the backrest is quilted. The upholstery is non-removable. A bar-height version of the chair is also available.
