The Papelito collection comprises sculptural tables that express prestige and suit contemporary dining interiors. Designer Margherita Fanti describes the Papelito Glass table as “a search for flowing, curved forms that continue without interruption. Nature inspired the design, especially one of its many examples of perfection, waves.” The carefully designed base gives the table a different appearance from every viewing position. Filled and empty cylinders change places at different angles, creating an intricate play of light and shadow. The curved metal base has a monolithic construction that adds value to this contemporary dining table. The glass version reveals the full beauty of the sinuous silhouette. The collection also includes Papelito Keramik with a ceramic tabletop. Papel Wood completes the collection with natural wood tabletops in different shapes. Two larger models, Papel and Papel 3.5 Glass, complete the range.
Technical information
The table has a painted steel base with a titanium embossed finish (GFM11), bronze finish (GFM18), Oxybrass finish or Oxygrey finish. The tabletop is made from 15 mm transparent or extra-clear glass. Tabletops measuring 160x90, 182x90 and 200x106 have a thickness of 12 mm. The tabletop rests on a pedestal.
