Emanuele Cenere designed the Valentino table for the first time in 1991. The product line later expanded with the Valentinox table and two versions of the matching console. A sculptural base balances volumes that appear to support one another, while the glass surface lets light through and highlights the combination of different materials. The original design for the modern dining table, followed by the Valentino wooden console, features a V-shaped main volume made from valuable wood species and supported by a marble cylinder. The Valentinox console and the matching glass table feature a main volume made from polished stainless steel.
Technical Information
The Cattelan Italia Valentino table features a base in Canaletto walnut (NC) or burnt oak (RB), with a cylinder in Travertino marble (TN), white Carrara marble (BC) or black Marquinia marble (NM). The table has a 15 mm transparent glass top. The rounded 240x115 top has a thickness of 12 mm.
