Claudio Donnoli and Marco Pocci

Claudio Donnoli and Marco Pocci are Italian designers who founded Archirivolto studio in 1983 in Colle di Val d’Elsa, near Siena. Claudio Donnoli and Marco Pocci met while studying at an architecture school in Florence, where both designers also took part in theatre and artistic activities that influenced their creative approach. ​

Activities and Philosophy

Archirivolto studio initially worked in architecture, interior design and furniture sales before focusing on industrial design. Archirivolto specialises in seating design, including chairs, office chairs, sofas and outdoor furniture. The designers actively use new technologies and materials, especially plastic and aluminium, to achieve an effective balance of aesthetic, functional and economic results.​

Archirivolto studio creates products that combine beauty, harmony and freedom without rigid, preset rules, while remaining accessible to a broad audience. Archirivolto studio considers attractive, useful and comfortable design essential. ​
