Eri Flexform Armchair

Designed by Japanese designer Fumie Shibata in 2024, the Eri armchair combines refined Eastern minimalism with a European approach to comfort. The model name refers to the Japanese word for “collar”, reflected in the smooth backrest line and rounded shell that surrounds the sitter like soft coat fabric.

The Eri armchair features light yet expressive geometry. The shell is made from dense polyurethane with fabric or leather upholstery. Available versions include full fabric upholstery, full leather upholstery and combined finishes with textile on the inside and leather on the outside.

The seat contains certified goose down and elastic material with varying density to provide softness and support. An additional back cushion is available on request. The supports are made from natural wood, precisely turned and hand-sanded.

The Eri armchair is compact yet expressive, making the model suitable for living rooms, bedrooms, lounge areas and executive interiors. Considered ergonomics create a particularly comfortable seat, while the concise design pairs easily with other Flexform furniture.
