Joni Stone is a marble and wood writing desk with drawers.
The frame uses plywood, oak veneer and stain options in several shades.
The desktop uses stone with a water-repellent coating.
The Joni collection, created by Christophe Delcourt, draws inspiration from 1970s style and reinterprets that style through contemporary minimalism. The substantial desktop rests on a base that partly conceals the drawers, creating a contrast between empty and filled space. Curved forms without rigid geometry express a sense of freedom and travel.
A mix of oak and leather adds classic elegance. Modular forms, similar to bookcases, allow different arrangements of symmetry and asymmetry. Joni combines nostalgia with futurism and gives interiors an individual character.
