The beauty of the new Versace Home 2022 collection is expressed through its sculptural strength in the new Via Durini store space in Milan, designed as a real home. The Versace world unfolds room by room through a sequence of atmospheres that demonstrate its exceptional ability to use different artistic forms and turn them into a living reality.
The new Versace Home 2022 furniture and home accessories collection was created through a collaboration between Donatella Versace and the renowned architect and designer duo Roberto Palomba and Ludovica Serafini. The design project goes beyond a simple transfer of the luxury fashion brand's stylistic codes. The architect designers created the project in collaboration with Luxury Living Group, bringing together fashion, luxury and living to offer a complete experience of the Versace world.
The new Versace Home collection draws on research into the brand's history, fashion shows, icons and graphic elements that define its philosophy. The collection also reflects the extensive experience of two architects in creating durable interior objects.
Leather combines with silk, luxury metals meet marble, and block colours contrast with patterned surfaces to create a celebration of contrasts. Versace Home design is defined by this multifaceted vision. Each piece has its own story and character, forming part of a complete and evocative setting that invites a new living experience.
The brand's new La Greca pattern moves from the catwalk to home furnishings, forming a jacquard that decorates the furniture. The pattern also provides a backdrop for several rooms in the Milan store. La Greca is a contemporary interpretation of Versace's iconic Greek key.
Versace signature motifs Medusa, Barocco and Trésor de la Mer add three-dimensional detail to sofas and armchairs, coffee tables, beds, lampshades, mirrors and cabinets. Tone-on-tone engraving, screen printing, textile treatments and pleating give the surfaces an elegant vibration alongside glossy finishes. Furniture such as the magnificent Aeternitas love bed, pieces from the Goddess line and items from the Stiletto collection are key elements in a rebellious, refined and avant-garde living environment. Every piece demonstrates professional craftsmanship.
