Flexform 2026: A New Life for Familiar Objects
Italian brand Flexform has presented its 2026 collection, bringing together new designs by Antonio Citterio, Sebastian Herkner, Patrick Norguet and Fumie Shibata. The collection centres on The Private Lives of Objects, a philosophy focused on the personal meaning of furniture. At Milan Design Week, Flexform invited visitors to see furniture differently, not as a group of functional objects, but as lasting companions in daily life. Furniture becomes part of everyday rituals, preserves memories and develops a personal history over time. The idea defines the Flexform 2026 Collection, where the brand's restrained aesthetic takes a new direction.
A New Chapter with Antonio Citterio
The Flexform 2026 collection gives a central role to new designs by Antonio Citterio, whose collaboration with Flexform has continued for more than half a century.
The main introductions include the Quincy and Everett sofas, the Marquis tables, the Justine and Avalon armchairs, and the Clarence storage systems.

Quincy deserves particular attention. The modular sofa moves beyond strict geometry towards more fluid, organic forms. Smooth lines, rounded corners and soft down cushions create a sense of visual lightness while preserving Flexform's precise proportions. The modular system allows Quincy to adapt to different layouts and uses in contemporary living spaces.
The Everett sofa is defined by an expressive combination of a graphic structure and skilled material craftsmanship.

The metal structure is complemented by natural-material weaving, creating a distinctive visual filter between the space and the person.

New Names, a New Flexform Voice
The 2026 collection is also significant for its new creative collaborations. Sebastian Herkner is working with Flexform for the first time and has created the Tara table.
The collection also includes designs by Patrick Norguet , the Louise family, and Soreto accessories by Japanese designer Fumie Shibata. Different design signatures share Flexform's defining quality: each object avoids dominating the interior. Each object becomes a natural part of the space, expressive without being showy.

The Private Lives of Objects
The concept title, The Private Lives of Objects, captures Flexform's contemporary view of interior design.
Furniture does not exist in isolation. A sofa becomes a place for conversation and rest. A table brings people together. An armchair becomes a personal space. Over time, furniture absorbs the habits, gestures and memories of its owners.

The new Flexform collection expresses this philosophy through considered proportions, tactile materials, skilled craftsmanship and a focus on objects designed for a long life in the interior rather than a short-lived visual effect.

The Flexform 2026 collection confirms that contemporary luxury design depends less on decorative display. The value of furniture is increasingly defined by how naturally furniture enters a person's life and how long the furniture remains relevant. New Flexform designs continue the brand's language, combining comfort, Italian craftsmanship and intellectual simplicity in a carefully balanced whole.

Flexform at Antonovych Home
Antonovych Home sees a strong connection between the new collection's philosophy and the contemporary approach to furnishing luxury interiors: furniture should be selected for visual impact and for the ability to create space for living. Flexform remains one of the Italian brands showing that the true value of furniture unfolds over time, not during the first encounter.
