Designer DANILO DE ROSSI developed PIOLA from the concept of a luminous diaphragm. PIOLA resembles a refined veil with an architectural appearance and expresses a strong decorative and lighting presence.
PIOLA expresses the depth of ITALAMP design and expertise. The collection interprets glass and light through advanced technology combined with craftsmanship.
The PIOLA light resembles an interlacing of glass and metal. Thin cast-glass rods feature a microbubble texture and intersect with slim light-gold metal rods.
The structure uses supports at different heights to hold the glass rods. Two internal LEDs create a beam of light that passes through the glass and intensifies the bubbles, producing a striking effect with an almost oxygen-rich appearance.
The PIOLA system allows width and height modularity on request, based on the selected composition criteria.
The support bar contains the electronic power supply. The bar can be installed directly against the ceiling or suspended using pre-installed cables.
