Project 07

Collection XX, designed by Carlo Presotto for the Italian brand Modulnova, provides a contemporary solution for organising an outdoor kitchen. Project 07 combines natural materials, architectural expression and advanced technology. The design prioritises convenient outdoor use, resistance to weather conditions and refined visual appeal.

XX CULINARY ISLAND
The central element of Collection XX is an architecturally expressive island that combines refined finishes with engineering precision. The legs use solid Frassino ash in the Light finish, with resistance to moisture and ultraviolet radiation. The supporting structure uses Inox AISI 316 stainless steel with a protective matte black Epossidico Nero epoxy coating, providing resistance to corrosion.

The worktop uses durable 12 mm Nero Greco porcelain stoneware, with resistance to mechanical loads and high temperatures. An integrated stainless steel cooking hob is fitted into the surface. A decorative metal panel with the Blade system conceals the lower compartment and masks the gas cylinder.

OPEN TROLLEY
The wheeled functional module complements the kitchen island and expands storage and food preparation options. The frame uses Inox AISI 316 steel with a black epoxy coating, while the fronts use thermally treated Frassino ash in the Light finish. An opening lid sits on the upper section, concealing a knife holder and chopping board. The closed lid forms a level work surface.

The trolley has three compartments with shelves that can be customised by selecting ash, porcelain stoneware, marble, granite, stone or Inox 304 steel. The structure also includes concealed compartments for bottles and cutlery.

Collection XX by Modulnova presents a considered architectural approach to outdoor space, with every detail serving visual appeal and practical performance.
