Modular Bookcase for Creative Interior Design

Itala is a modular bookcase by Sangiacomo that supports creative interior compositions. Floor-to-ceiling or wall-mounted uprights create open arrangements along a wall or in the centre of a room. The modular structure combines generous storage capacity with an airy, comfortable atmosphere for residential and design-led interiors.

Itala Domino

Uprights made from epoxy-coated extruded aluminium provide the structural framework and support integrated lighting. Wiring can be added to diffuse light vertically along the uprights or horizontally through the tubes supporting the shelves.

Straight shelves measure 10 mm in thickness and are available in depths of 350 and 450 mm. Shelf surfaces feature lacquer or precious wood veneer, adding a refined, individual finish.

Aesthetic and Functional Harmony

Modular storage blocks derive from the renowned Domino modular system and feature a distinctive shaped design. The cabinet and fronts have edges cut at a 45° angle. The system offers an extensive selection of finishes, completing the visual harmony of Itala.
