Emanuele Zenere designed the Valentino table in 1991. The product line later expanded with the Valentinox table and two versions of the matching console. The sculptural base balances volumes that appear to support one another, while the glass surface allows light through and highlights the combination of materials. The original design for the modern dining table, followed by the wooden Valentino console, uses a V-shaped main structure made from precious wood and supported by a marble cylinder. The Valentinox console and the matching glass table use polished stainless steel for the main structure.
Technical Information
The Valentino console features a Canaletto walnut (NC) or burned oak (RB) base with a Travertino marble (TN), white Carrara marble (BC), or black Marquinia marble (NM) cylinder. The top is made from clear or smoked glass with a thickness of 12 mm. The tabletop rests on the base without fixation.
