Created by Gio Ponti in 1963, the Continuum armchair draws inspiration from bergère chairs designed in the early 1950s for hotels and cruise liners. The armchair is made entirely in Italy from premium rattan-family materials, manao and malacca, sourced from Indonesia’s equatorial forests. Each armchair requires more than 200 hours of meticulous handcrafting.
