Mi Storage Collection

The outer surface of the Mi storage modules is upholstered in Saddle Extra leather with an original vertical ribbed texture that gives the design added volume. A slim yet strong metal structure frames the body and connects it to the raised top, available in Calacatta Gold or Nero Marquinia marble.

The Mi collection comprises three pieces: the tall two-door Mi cabinet, the low four-door Mi cabinet with an open bookcase compartment, and the Mi trolley on castors.

The Mi storage modules feature a metal frame in polished brushed steel that also forms the base. The side panels are made from curved poplar plywood, while the bottoms and backs are made from birch plywood, The doors use honeycomb panels to reduce weight. The interior surfaces and module bottoms are lined with Canaletto walnut veneer. The upper cabinet frame and doors are made from solid Canaletto walnut. Both the two-door and low four-door Mi cabinets contain shelves in bronze-finish tempered glass. The upper surface also uses bronze-finish tempered glass and provides a display-case view of the interior. The tall Mi cabinet has two doors that open outward. The low Mi cabinet has four doors that open in pairs like a book. Magnets hold the doors securely closed. Adjustable feet support the structure. The Mi trolley frame has four black plastic and steel swivel castors. The upper part of the trolley frame ends in a tube of blued brushed steel that follows the shape of the design and serves as a handle. One side of the handle is upholstered in Cuoio Saddle Extra leather to match the suitcase upholstery, with hand stitching. The interior contains a tempered-glass shelf that can be installed at three different heights.

The top is raised above the wooden body and can be made from Calacatta Gold or Nero Marquinia marble. Both options are available in a glossy finish covered with clear polyester paint for greater wear resistance, or in a semi-gloss finish for a more natural appearance.

The outer side of the Mi storage units is upholstered in embossed Saddle Extra leather with a canneté texture. Four colours are available: Carbone, Cammello, Polvere and Corda.
