Carpanese Home Bubble System Sofa

Design by Matteo Zorzenoni for Carpanese Home. Bubble is a seating family with soft, rounded lines inspired by the comfortable aesthetic of the 1970s. Built around a single modular upholstered volume, Bubble creates configurations for the features and needs of contemporary interiors. Seats with or without armrests in different sizes, poufs for use as standalone elements or for connecting corner sofas, chaise longues and comfortable armchairs with double backrests form the collection. Bubble offers a broad, versatile selection of elements for flexible solutions that can be reconfigured over time and space. Bubble is available with a structural base in curved wood, highlighted by its combination with upholstery fabrics, or without a base for a lighter profile that also suits outdoor settings. Bubble systems comprise upholstered elements with or without armrests. Welcoming forms and carefully considered proportions add a distinctive presence to any room.

Carpanese Home Bubble System technical information

Carpanese Home Bubble System sofas and armchairs feature upholstery, curved or straight forms, and a wooden base. The frame combines certified EPA plywood, fir and hardboard. Open-cell polyurethane foam, Dacron layers and an elastic webbing spring system provide the cushioning structure. Curved elements use layers of beech veneered with ash. Black-painted wooden feet complete the design. Leather or fabric covers are available.
