Carpanese Home Paw Wall Module

Matteo Zorzenoni designed Paw for Carpanese Home. Paw is a modular, multifunctional wall system with a central structure featuring linear, evenly spaced shelves. The linear shelves contrast with the base design, which features slightly tapered legs. The slightly tapered legs define the formal purity of the overall composition. Functional and decorative accessories, including lacquered divider trays, create the only visual interruption against the wooden structure. Divider panels are available in wood, upholstery, Vienna straw or mirror finishes. Different panel combinations create visual patterns and natural dynamism through the interaction of solid and open volumes. The Paw system also includes functional accessories, such as drawers and storage modules. Drawers and storage modules allow the furniture to serve as a coat rack or TV cabinet. The system gives customers further options for use and personalisation.

Technical Information

The Paw wall module is made from solid ash or lime wood and prepared for lacquering. Optional drawers feature sides and backs made from Tanganyika-veneered slats. Drawer bottoms use poplar plywood with eco-nubuck upholstery. Fully extending, adjustable runners support smooth drawer movement. Optional panels use fibreboard with ash-veneered plywood, Vienna straw upholstery or bronze mirror. Optional trays are made from fibreboard.
