Minotti
Minotti is one of the world's most recognised Italian designer furniture brands, combining artisan craftsmanship with a contemporary approach to interior design.
History and founders
Alberto Minotti founded Minotti in 1948 in Meda, near Milan. The company began as a small workshop specialising in classic sofas and wooden furniture. Production expanded over time, and the company moved towards more contemporary design during the 1960s. Alberto Minotti died unexpectedly in 1991. His sons, Roberto and Renato Minotti, took over the business and developed the family company into an international brand with a presence in more than 80 countries.
Production and philosophy
Minotti's headquarters and main production facility are located in Meda and cover approximately 12,000 m². The brand produces all products exclusively in Italy, combining hand finishing with advanced technologies. The «Made in Italy» philosophy supports the quality and distinctive character of every piece.
